What’s your role at Fink Kitchens?
I am the Project Manager. I manage the installation team and am responsible for the kitchen installation. I regularly get involved “hands-on” on site with the installations. I am also very involved in the kitchen design process. I often conduct the site surveys and I create the CAD drawings and help with the kitchen specification.

What did you do before this?
I am originally from Greece where I worked in the design and construction industry for 30+ years. I am a Qualified Engineer and I have been involved in designing, specifying and building everything from wardrobes to multistorey buildings.

Best thing about your job
Seeing the job progress from the creation of the design to the completion of the project. I also get a lot of job satisfaction from delivering a high standard of workmanship and a quality finish.

Favourite kitchen device/gadget
Espresso coffee machine of course!
