What’s your role at Fink Kitchens?
I manage the team and am the primary Client Manager as well. I oversee the design process to ensure that the Client’s requirements are at the centre of what we produce.  I also manage the relationship with our suppliers keeping up to date with the latest trends and products.

What did you do before this?
We originally came to the UK as I wanted to work in the City. After doing that for a few years we got involved with property investment. We found it very difficult to get quality tradespeople and contractors, so started doing the work on our own properties. This quickly expanded to working on other people’s properties which led to us establishing Fink Kitchens.  For customers looking to combine high end design with quality workmanship.

Best thing about your job
Seeing a design come together and unveiling the finished kitchen to a client. It is always a great feeling when our client is overjoyed with their new kitchen and appreciates the attention to detail in both the design and the workmanship.

Favourite kitchen device/gadget
The Extractor Hood! Often over-looked and definitely underappreciated compared to ovens and fridges a high quality extractor hood from a manufacturer like Pando or Gutmann (both of which we supply) is essential to keep the kitchen looking great year after year.

Since you spend so long in kitchens, what’s your signature dish?
I would not describe myself as an accomplished cook by any stretch. I tend to stick to one or two pot dishes. My signature dish, if I have one, is spicy bean tacos.
