What’s your role at Fink Kitchens?
I am the Business and Finance Manager. I manage all the financial aspects of the business and get involved helping with other bits and pieces as required.

What did you do before this?
I have spent many years as a consultant working in finance and business management in the City and I am now applying my knowledge and expertise to the family business.

Best thing about your job
Although I do not get to the sites that often I love seeing the transformations from old and outdated to new, functional and beautiful kitchens.

Favourite kitchen device/gadget
I love the Pando Wine Fridges. I don’t actually drink much wine but the wine fridges are a fantastic addition to the kitchen and are brilliant when entertaining guests

Since you spend so long in kitchens, what’s your signature dish?
At the moment I am having fun experimenting with new and different Keto dishes and ingredients.
